SALES EXECUTIVE (Sales & Marketing)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Dynamic & Customer-focused Sales Associates (Sales & Marketing) to join our Team. The candidate will be Responsible for Promoting and Selling Garment Industrial Machinery such as Sewing machines, Embroidery machines, Cutting machines and other related machinery and equipment. This role involves Generating Leads, understanding customer requirements and supporting overall Business Growth.
ROLES & RESPONSBILTIES:
Identify and Contact New and existing customers to understand their requirements.
Explain Products & Services clearly to clients.
Build & maintain solid customer relationship
Handle Customer queries and resolve issues.
Follow up on leads and convert them into Sales.
Maintain customer database and records.
Maintain and Update Product Knowledge.

SKILLS REQUIRED:




Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Concepts.
Strong Customer Handling Skills.
Positive Attitude and Team Player.
Basic Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

LANGUAGES KNOWN:
Tamil
English
Hindi (Added Advantage)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Any Degree (BE, ME, DIPLOMA, MBA)

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Two -Wheeler (Bike)
Valid Driving License is mandatory
