BD Intern

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and nurture potential customers and clients for all Mumbai branches.
Support branch-level targets by converting enquiries into registrations.
Handle outgoing and incoming calls related to sales, enquiries, and registration support.
Respond to and manage sales and support-related emails in a timely and skilled manner.
Coordinate via WhatsApp for quick updates, reminders, and follow-ups with students, parents, teachers, and clients.
Maintain day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents regarding schedules, classes, payments, and queries.
Ensure smooth information flow between branches and all stakeholders.
Update CRM software daily with call logs, enquiry details, follow-up status, and outcomes.
Track leads from first contact to closure and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing students and their families.




Provide consistent support and guidance to enhance student satisfaction and retention.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing relevant workshops and events.
Coordinate registrations, confirmations, reminders, and on-ground support for events.
Capture attendee details and feedback in the CRM for future engagement.

Desired Skills Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp).
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable using CRM or similar software tools.
Customer-centric, patient, and relationship-oriented.
