Site Supervisor
POSITIONS: 2 Nos.
LOCATION: Bengaluru, Karnataka

EMPLOYMENT: Full time • 6-day week
Own day-to-day execution at project sites leading the on-ground team, driving timely work completion,
coordinating across trades and vendors, and keeping the site running smoothly even under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise site teams and direct daily work at assigned project sites.
Manage manpower and labour deployment to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Coordinate between workers, vendors and the project management team.
¢ Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to design drawings and specifications.
¢ Track material usage on site and report daily progress to the project manager.
¢ Identify snags early and drive rectification before handover.




¢ Handle in office issues and delays with quick, practical decisions.
Required Skills & Competencies
¢ Solid communication skills (site team, vendors and office).
¢ People (manpower) management and work coordination.
¢ Quick thinking and crisis management under site pressure.
¢ Ability to read and interpret interior/furniture drawings.
¢ Hands-on, ownership-driven approach to closing work.
Qualifications
¢ Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior or a related trade.
¢ Familiarity with finishing, carpentry and installation processes.
¢ Ability to read and work from interior and furniture drawings.
Language Requirements
¢ Kannada, Hindi and English trilingual strongly preferred (to lead diverse site teams).
