Role & Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable and secure network infrastructure solutions.
Configure and maintain load balancing systems to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
Provide expert guidance on Arista switching and routing to enhance network efficiency.
Manage and optimize Cisco switching, routing, and wireless settings.
Deploy and support wireless network solutions ensuring seamless connectivity.
Optimize WAN performance through effective use of WAN optimizers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network design with business objectives.
Conduct network health assessments and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and enforce network security best practices to ensure data protection.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents with minimal downtime.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation and architecture diagrams.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., SDN,



automation, Zero Trust, cloud networking).

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust expertise in Arista and Cisco switching/routing.
Proven hands-on experience with Load Balancing, Wireless, and WAN Optimization technologies.
In-depth understanding of VXLAN, BGP, EVPN, and Firewall concepts.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP / CCIE / Arista Certified Engineer preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field.
Experience in IT Services & Consulting or Software Product industries preferred.
Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with network technologies.
