Job description *

Role & Responsibilities:
Act as a Workday expert with specialization in US Payroll design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Independently manage multiple projects across various phases of implementation & support.
Conduct requirement analysis sessions with clients and provide effective recommendations.
Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer decisions.
Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and share Workday product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Must have active Workday US Payroll Certification.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
Solid knowledge of US Payroll processes.
Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll implementation or support projects.
Excellent consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
Robust ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations.
