Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain billing systems using Zuora to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
Implement best practices in coding and design to optimize performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zuora ensuring minimal downtime.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Document system processes and ensure transparency.
Stay updated with Zuora and related technologies.
Contribute to process improvements and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




Test, validate, and support deployment of recent features and updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
58 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Zuora development.
Solid knowledge in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management.
Experience with Product Sourcing and Product Lifecycle Management.
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/Java, and integration troubleshooting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
