Responsibilities :
Design and run programs that boost staff morale, inclusion , recognition, and well-being.
Performance evaluation, people management.
Training and development.
Coach team leaders on conflict resolutions, performance feedback, and team motivation.

Skills Require :
MBA in HR/PGDM with minimum 15 years in HR(at least 5 years in people management).
Understanding of all HR activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and command over English.
Proficiency in computers.
Knowledge of Malayalam is mandatory.
