Role & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technology support across Client Experience spaces (in office & virtual).
Support and troubleshoot AV/VC systems, Windows/macOS, laptops, mobile devices, printers.
Act as primary contact for technology-related issues, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Setup, test, and monitor AV equipment projectors, microphones, streaming devices, video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Cisco).
Support pre-event planning sessions and provide live support during client visits/events.
Troubleshoot network connectivity (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN).
Perform user account management tasks (password resets, access requests).
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base.
Collaborate with Client Experience and IT teams across global offices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
3–4 years in technical support / end-user support.
Solid knowledge of AV equipment, collaboration tools, ServiceNow.
Excellent communication skills (client-facing role – Communication rating required).
Adaptable to work in rotational shifts & weekends (support for client visits).
Certifications in AV, ITIL, Networking, Microsoft preferred.
