Role & responsibilities
Manage and support Authentication and Identity Management platforms such as ForgeRock and Microsoft Entra ID.
Implement and maintain SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and LDAP integrations for enterprise applications.
Support application onboarding and migration across identity platforms.
Automate operational tasks, deployments, and testing using Java, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize identity infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, improve platform reliability, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Desired Profile
Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and authentication protocols.
Knowledge of ForgeRock, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, OIDC, and SAML.
Experience with Java or Python scripting and automation.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
