We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data QA Tester with robust expertise in data validation, SQL, Python automation, and cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform ETL, data warehouse, and source-to-target testing.
Validate data reconciliation, record counts, transformations, mappings, and business rules.
Test KPIs, dashboards, and reports against backend data.
Develop Python scripts for data validation and test automation.
Perform data pipeline testing on AWS/Azure.
Identify data issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Required Skills:
5+ years of ETL/Data Warehouse Testing experience.
Robust SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS S3, and Redshift.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboard validation.
Solid experience in data reconciliation and transformation testing.
Python automation experience.
Life Sciences/Clinical/Pharma domain experience is preferred.
