Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions with focus on platform development and integrations.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub flows, and third-party system connections.
Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).
Perform instance upgrades and cloning, including pre- and post-clone activities.
Develop scripts using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Work on CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, and ITOM integrations as required.
Support BAU operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum setting and support UAT and deployments.

Preferred Candidate Profile




38 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Robust experience with REST API, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on exposure to at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM mandatory; HRSD/CMDB/ITOM preferred).
Proven experience in ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning.
Strong platform administration & development background (not ITSM-only support).
Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript in ServiceNow).
Experience with MID Server, CMDB, Discovery is a robust plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
