Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and communication-savvy Marketing Intern to join our AVIT Solution team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Audio Visual & IT solutions, business development activities, lead generation, client communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities.
Identify potential customers and understand their Audio Visual & IT requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand and present suitable AVIT solutions.
Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of AVIT projects.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and project updates.
Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
Support the team in achieving lead-generation and business-development targets.
