Are you a proven hunter who knows how to open direct doors in the US tech market and close high-margin IT deals? Let’s talk.

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Onsite | Remote option for top performers)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours - EST/CST)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission Structure

What You’ll Do:

Hunt, onboard, and close current direct IT clients, Tier-1 vendors, and MSPs.

Drive consistent, recurring monthly billing across W2, C2C, and C2H tech placements.

Partner with our dedicated technical delivery pods to ensure quick turnaround and high closure rates.

Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and maximize gross profit margins.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of dedicated Account Management experience in US IT Staffing.

Proven track record of bringing in current tech logos and generating consistent revenue.

Solid understanding of tech stacks (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full-Stack) and US tax terms (W2/C2C/1099).

Exceptional communication and executive pitching skills.
