Role & Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
Perform testing across SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, RCM, ONB, PM/GM, LMS, COMP, and SCD.
Execute automated test scripts using TOSCA and analyze test results.
Log, track, and manage defects through to closure using Azure DevOps.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and defect metrics.
Support end-to-end testing cycles and participate in release and deployment validations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile




35 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing with solid SAP HR domain knowledge.
Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation (Level 2 certification preferred).
Robust expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Positive understanding of HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors module interdependencies.
Proficient in Azure DevOps for test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Ability to work independently on complex testing assignments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience guiding team members and contributing to strategic testing initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
