Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, designing and deploying robust HCM solutions to support global HR transformations. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S4 HCM to support hybrid and transformation landscape integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration: Support the full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central. Configure core modules including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Work on SAP S4 HCM components such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and integrate core HR processes with Employee Central.

Requirement Gathering: Conduct design and localization workshops with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into functional design documents and configuration workbooks.

Testing & Data Migration: Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage HR data extraction, transformation, and migration processes.

Integrations:



Collaborate with integration teams to connect EC with downstream modules (e.g., Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Management and Employee Central Payroll) using standard tools like Integration Center and CPI.

Support & Hypercare: Monitor post-go-live systems, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and provide ongoing strategic support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central & minimum 2 years experience in SAP HCM core modules.

Implementation Lifecycle: Must have successfully completed at least 1 to 2 end-to-end (E2E) SAP Success Factors implementations.

Certifications: Valid SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification is mandatory.

Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology, Agile project delivery, and configuration management.
