Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementation projects.
Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Analyze as-is processes and define to-be processes.
Prepare and review functional design specification documents.
Design and deliver complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Configure relevant Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
Collaborate effectively with small and large teams across project lifecycles.
Provide SME-level guidance in Compensation processes and business scenarios.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
812 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
Robust understanding of Compensation processes and business workflows.
Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and client discussions.
Experience working in SME/Lead roles on implementation projects.
