Analyze and verify BOQ quantities against drawings and site execution.
Prepare daily/monthly quantity and material reconciliation reports.
Verify contractor measurements, RA bills, and quantity claims.
Track material consumption and identify excess/wastage.
Monitor quantity variations and support cost control.
Coordinate with site, planning, billing, and project teams.
Maintain accurate quantity records and documentation.
