We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Jewellery store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a keen eye for Jewellery trends, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences and needs.
Sales & Upselling: Provide detailed product information, suggest complementary pieces, and drive sales to meet store targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, pricing, and promotions.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain proper documentation.
Security Awareness: Follow store security procedures to protect valuable inventory and prevent loss.




Customer Relationships: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by providing a personalized shopping experience and offering after-sales service.
Stock Management: Assist in inventory checks, receiving shipments, and reporting stock discrepancies.

Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
Passion for jewellery and fashion trends.
Basic computer skills for operating POS systems and handling customer records.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Smart & Presentable.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in jewellery sales or a related luxury retail workplace.
Knowledge of different gemstones, metals, and jewellery craftsmanship preferred
Should be able to speak minimum three languages: English, Telugu
