ole & Responsibilities
Support the Risk & Control SME in managing multiple implementation projects under the PMO function.
Oversee the administrative and governance aspects of projects, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
Manage project communications, including executive updates, stakeholder coordination, and meeting minutes.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely reporting and escalation where required.
Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and resource management across project teams.
Maintain and update project dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership review.
Supervise junior consultants and support staff, providing direction and quality assurance on deliverables.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational PMO standards and risk frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile
610 years of experience in PMO, Risk & Control, or Project Governance roles.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and governance processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).
Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members.
