About the Role

Hair Habits India Private Limited is expanding the Hair Habits Salon franchise network and is looking for a commercially robust Franchise Sales & Business Development Manager based in Nagpur.

This is a high ticket consultative sales role, not routine telecalling. You will manage qualified franchise enquiries from initial discussion through territory selection, proposal, paid territory lock and franchise agreement.

Responsibilities
Contact and qualify franchise enquiries.
Conduct discovery calls with prospective investors/business owners.
Explain the franchise model, investment, support and approved commercial terms.
Understand investment capacity, preferred territory and decision timeline.
Follow up systematically and convert qualified prospects into proposals, paid territory locks and franchise agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow ups and pipeline forecasts.
Handle objections and negotiations within approved company policies.
Coordinate with founders, finance,



legal and onboarding teams for successful closures.
Develop referral, broker and business network relationships.
Maintain ethical selling standards with no unauthorised discounts, ROI guarantees or territory promises.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of Sales / Business Development experience.
Experience in franchise sales, real estate, BFSI, insurance, automobile, education/admissions or other high-ticket sales preferred.
Robust follow-up, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable speaking with investors, professionals and business owners.
Working knowledge of CRM / Excel / Google sheets preferred.
English and Hindi required; Marathi or other local languages is an advantage.
Must be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance linked incentives.
