Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Build long-range financial plans, manage annual operating budgets, and run variance analysis to boost profitability.

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in tax laws and financial regulations (such as Ind AS, RBI guidelines, or GAAP) to keep the company legally aligned.

• Financial Reporting: Oversee month-end closures, prepare management dashboards, and compile investor or board updates, reporting of monthly P & L and Balance sheet of all projects on hand.

• Cash Flows- Preparation and budgeted allocation of funds to projects

• Audit & Governance: Coordinate internal and external audits, Final Accounts audit, support function to Statutory Auditor, manage banking relationships, and maintain robust internal financial controls.

• Secretarial Compliance:



Preparation for Board Meetings, Communication of agenda to Board of directors along with related documents, preparation of minutes of board meeting and other secretarial matters.

Typical Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A; roles.

• Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CA (Inter), CFA, or equivalent advanced finance degree.

• Skills: Deep expertise in Tally, Excel, ERP systems, and others like Power Point presentation etc. English fluency and drafting is essential for the said post.
