Role & responsibilities
Valuable knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Knowledge of automotive Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
Positive understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, MSA, SPC, PPAP and APQP.
Knowledge of 8D( 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and root-cause analysis)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Contour Tracer, Hardness tester.
Valuable problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and Team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in automotive component manufacturing, sheet metal, gasket or related manufacturing processes will be preferred.
