Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in IT, software development life cycle (SDLC), or release management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Secure (Scaled Agile Framework) settings.
Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps or AWS.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive-level reporting skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly preferred.
