Working Hours : 1pm-10pm / 3pm to 12am ( Depending on the business requirement )

Role Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Microsoft SQL Developer with robust technical expertise to join our Business Excellence - Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and developing database workflows, data pipelines, and automation scripts to support internal dashboards and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, write, and optimize complex MS SQL (MSSQL) queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to handle large datasets.
Identify database primary key constraints, handle data exceptions, and eliminate duplicate keys to maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain basic automation scripts and data-cleaning pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
Investigate data variances and performance bottlenecks in SQL databases to ensure accurate and reliable business reporting.

Technical Skills Required:
Advanced MS SQL Server:



Robust proficiency in complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Basic Python: Familiarity with Python scripting for data manipulation, file handling, and basic automation tasks.
Data Understanding: Experience working with structured data architectures and rule-based database configurations.

Experience Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate freshers may be considered, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or database operations.

Working Hours: should be adaptable between 12pm-12am (9 Hours)
