Job Overview

We are looking for an IR Executive with hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, Plant HR, Contract Labour Management, Employee Relations, and Labour Law Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities.
Manage employee/workmen grievances, discipline, absenteeism, and workforce issues.
Manage contract labour, including attendance, documentation, wages, and contractor coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Maintain statutory records and support labour inspections and audits.
Coordinate with Plant/Production teams for manpower planning and deployment.




Support employee engagement, welfare, training, and retention initiatives.
Prepare HR/IR MIS and maintain employee and compliance records.

Desired Candidate Profile
35 years of experience in Plant HR / Industrial Relations in a manufacturing workplace.
Solid knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, and Statutory Compliance.
Valuable communication, grievance-handling, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
