Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions based on business requirements.
Build and maintain Archer applications, workflows, and dashboards to support risk, compliance, and audit functions.
Integrate Archer platform with third-party systems and data sources.
Develop and optimize Archer reports, notifications, and escalation workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the Archer setting.
Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of Archer configurations.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RSA Archer applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners preferred, with a joining timeline within 20 days.




Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Solid hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform development and administration.
Proficient in Archer configuration, including Data Feeds, APIs, workflow design, and report building.
Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, VBScript) and SQL.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and Web Services.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
