Desired Candidate Profile
0- 6 month of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound calling).
Solid communication skills in Marathi & Hindi / Basic English communication .
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation preferred.
