Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. In this full time position in Belagavi, Karnataka, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening top talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure a positive and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and hiring reports.
Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for recent hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.




Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and employee engagement.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India.
Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
