The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets across Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, and Smart Building Solutions.
The role requires robust leadership, excellent client relationship management skills,



and extensive experience in handling high-value projects within the luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
Identify recent business opportunities across Residential, Hospitality, Corporate, and Commercial segments.
Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and channel partner development.
Develop key accounts and strategic relationships with major clients and consultants.

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Set sales KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct periodic reviews.
Develop training plans to enhance team product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
