Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute bulk recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job portals, social media, internal databases, agencies).
Create and publish effective and engaging job postings.
Screening Interviewing
Review and evaluate applications and resumes.
Shortlist candidates based on skill, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Collaboration Coordination
Partner with department heads to understand detailed hiring needs.
Assist in crafting and refining job descriptions and role specifications.
Work closely with HR and leadership teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a qualified, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely updates on application and interview status.
Data Management Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases and candidate records.
Prepare and share regular recruitment dashboards, status reports, and metrics.
Onboarding
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate pre-joining requirements.
Participate in campus hiring and bulk recruitment initiatives as required.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and recruitment standards.
Promote diversity, equity, and equal chance in all hiring processes
Educational Qualifications Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, specifically managing experienced/lateral Medical Coding hiring.
Solid understanding of recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and best hiring practices.
Current designation must be Assistant Manager or equivalent.
