Role & responsibilities

Handle showroom customers and generate sales.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable wallpapers, wallcoverings, furniture & dcor.
Generate quotations and follow up with leads until closure.
Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors & builders.
Handle leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website and phone calls.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with design, production and installation teams for orders.
Follow up for payments and ensure smooth order execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Should having valuable communication, fluent in English, Hindi and Having convincing skills.
Having positive knowledge of colors phycology.
Interpret and translate customer needs with most suitable options of designs.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Focus towards upgrade sales and achieve Goals Set up by the organization.
