Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in SAP and IT technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and final placement.
Source and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and database mining.
Conduct candidate screening, cold calling, initial assessments, and profile submissions.
Coordinate client interviews and ensure timely collection and communication of interview feedback.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database and talent pipeline.




Work closely with Team Leads and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare recruitment/MIS reports.
Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining candidate quality.

SAP Technologies / Modules

Hands-on recruitment experience in one or more of the following SAP areas:

SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM/WM, QM, PM, Basis, Security/GRC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, Fiori, CPI/PI-PO, BW/BI, SAC, MDG, TM, IBP, APO, CO, PS.

Required Skills
Strong experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / SAP Recruitment.
Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
Valuable cold-calling, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
Solid candidate relationship management skills.
