The ServiceNow Automation Developer is responsible for designing and implementing automation workflows that enable end-to-end automation of customer tickets and reduce engineering effort. The role develops ServiceNow solutions and integrations that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement digital workflows using Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer (PAD), and Decision Builder.
Build robust third-party integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems to enable end-to-end automation.




Develop PowerShell scripts to support integrations and automation requirements.
Configure and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom App Engine applications.
Ensure successful deployment of automation use cases to achieve required business objectives.
