Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance high-performance Java-based applications.
Implement solutions using Spring, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.
Develop RESTful services and integrate backend components efficiently.
Work with SQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure best coding practices.
Maintain documentation, improve system performance, and ensure solution scalability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
7.5 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Solid knowledge in Spring, Spring MVC, REST APIs.
Valuable understanding of SQL and data modelling.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
