Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Application / Field Sales Engineer to drive business development and provide technical solutions to customers across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify recent business opportunities through customer visits, market research, referrals, enquiries, and industry networking.
Visit customer sites regularly to understand their technical requirements, applications, and operational challenges.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, instruments, equipment, and technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, application trials, and technical discussions at customer locations.
Generate enquiries and sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer segment.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and offers in coordination with the inside sales and technical teams.
Support customers with product selection, application guidance, installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting whenever required.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly visit reports, sales reports,



opportunity reports, and pipeline updates.
Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, opportunity, and order information in the company's CRM/ERP system.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates should be qualified engineer with B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma. Fresh graduates with solid technical knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
Candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, recommending suitable products and solutions, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Application, Service, and Technical teams, as well as suppliers and manufacturers, to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively and business prospects are converted into successful orders. This role requires extensive customer interaction and field travel, along with solid technical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
