Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate site construction activities with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Plan and monitor estimation, budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality and documentation.
Hands-on experience in RCC, foundation, structural fabrication, PEB, sheeting, flooring, painting, plumbing & piping, partition and backfilling.
Conduct site meetings, progress tracking and project reporting.
Review drawings, provide design/constructability inputs and identify construction clashes.
Handle quantity surveying and vendor running bill verification.
Ensure compliance with construction safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural & MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Use AutoCAD and construction-related tools for site coordination and drawing review.
Provide regular updates to the client and support time, cost and quality optimization.
