Role & responsibilities -
Lead Industrial Engineering activities to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Conduct Time Studies and establish standard operating times for manufacturing processes.
Perform Capacity Planning and resource optimization to meet production targets.
Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across manufacturing lines.
Drive Productivity Improvement projects through data analysis and process optimization.
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Waste Reduction.
Lead Operational Excellence programs to enhance quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance.
Ensure effective implementation and sustenance of 5S across production areas.
Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions for improved throughput.
Prepare and maintain productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization reports.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for continuous process improvement.
Identify automation and cost-reduction prospects within manufacturing operations.
Support manpower planning and line balancing activities to achieve optimum resource utilization.
