Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 12 full lifecycle

S/4HANA implementations from kickoff through stabilization.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-geography teams in global rollouts.

• Strong understanding of SAP Hybris architecture and integration across SAP and

non-SAP ecosystems.

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules and their interdependencies (Finance,

Logistics, Data, Integration).

• Expertise in vendor management, contract oversight, and working with system

integrators.

• Solid communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• PMP, Prince2, SAP Activate, or comparable certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud deployments (RISE with SAP preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile/hybrid project delivery.

• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead in agile, fast-paced settings with complex organizational

structures.
