Shift: Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:
Reviewing Mortgage and Home Equity loan applications for completeness and accuracy
Gather, review, and validate required documentation for Home Equity and HELOC loans.
Ordering and coordinating appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other third-party services
Preparing loan files for underwriting and closing
Coordinating with members via email to obtain missing information and provide status updates
Excellent written communication skills
Ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, regulations, and internal policies
Managing loan pipelines and meeting service level expectations
Support closing, funding/disbursement, post-closing activities, and follow-up for Mortgage, Home Equity and HELOC loans as needed





Required skillsets & Qualification:
Qualifications: B. Com Or any other equivalent Graduate
4+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably with exposure to Home Equity and/or First Mortgage lending.
Solid experience in mortgage and home equity processes including Loan processing, Title and vendor ordering, closing document preparation, Closing and disbursing/funding activities, post-closing activities and follow-up
Positive written and verbal communication
MS office skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
Willing to work from Office.
