Job Description
Handle walk-in customers and explain gold loan products, process and schemes.
Conduct accurate gold valuation and purity assessment.
Manage gold packing, storage and release as per company guidelines.
Handle cash transactions for loan disbursal, interest collection and closure.
Create/modify CUID and update LOS during disbursal, part release/payment and closure.
Maintain branch registers and customer KYC documentation.
Follow up with customers for timely interest and principal payments.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the gold loan journey.
Key Responsibility: Manage the end-to-end gold loan process from valuation to disbursal to closure.
