This role is part of our central digital team in Ahmedabad, working across multiple group brands, digital platforms, and websites. Youll collaborate on projects serving both the India and UAE markets, giving you the prospect to work across diverse businesses, audiences, and digital experiences.

About the role
You’ll manage and improve paid acquisition campaigns across multiple group brands and websites in India and the UAE.
You’ll focus on generating qualified leads and sales efficiently through solid targeting, testing, and optimisation.
You’ll work across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and daily performance management with the central digital team.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch,



and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping (where relevant), and Meta Ads.
Own keyword research, audience creation, retargeting, lookalikes, ad copywriting, and creative briefing.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and platform conversion tracking.
Manage budgets, bidding, and daily optimisation to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Run A/B tests across ads, creatives, and landing pages, and prepare transparent performance reports.

Requirements
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns that delivered measurable lead or sales outcomes.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Comfort with tracking setup, data analysis, and turning results into next actions.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
