Conduct OPD, IPD and emergency consultations.
Assess, diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Manage acute and chronic diseases.
Manage diabetes, hypertension and other lifestyle diseases.
Manage infectious, respiratory, cardiac and neurological conditions.
Handle medical emergencies and provide initial critical care.
Interpret laboratory, ECG and imaging reports.
Perform bedside procedures as per clinical privileges.
Coordinate with other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
Provide pre-operative medical assessment and clearance.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.
Follow hospital, NABH and patient-safety protocols.
Participate in clinical audits, meetings and quality improvement activities.
