A. Designing and Drafting
Design residential and commercial buildings in compliance with municipal regulations, signing off on plans as necessary.
Robust command of design software including AutoCAD 3D, SketchUp, and BOQ software.
B. Project Management and Execution
Manage projects from design through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and manage all project documentation, including working drawings, structural drawings, and sales materials.
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
C. Site Supervision & Coordination
Oversee the process of design approvals, incorporating feedback from site execution teams and design consultants.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, site engineers, in-house engineers, and external consultants.
Conduct site visits and supervise project progress as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and advanced tools such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and BIM.
In-depth knowledge of design standards, industry regulations, MEP, and structural design coordination.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
