Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster), social media, networking, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone screens, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various departments.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal team leads to understand job requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide regular pipeline updates.
Offer & Onboarding: Manage the offer process,



handle salary negotiations within approved bands, conduct background checks, and assist with onboarding paperwork.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with job portals (especially Naukri and LinkedIn) and ATS software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal abilities.
Negotiation & Judgment: Solid candidate evaluation skills and negotiation capabilities.
