Role & responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to targeted leads to introduce our services and generate recent business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet them.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, communications, and account statuses within our CRM system.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or client retention roles (Service industry experience preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, empathetic phone presence.
Resilience: Solid objection-handling skills and the emotional resilience required for high-volume cold calling.
