2+ years of experience in providing training in a retail or customer service environment Worked in training department at a QSR chain/Luxury hotel
Work closely with department managers to identify specific training needs for their teams and develop targeted training plans
Conduct on-the-job training sessions for current and existing employees, using a variety of training methods such as classroom instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on activities
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust the training program as needed
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Diploma from a reputed Hotel Management Institute
Thrives in rapid-paced workplace and ready for intra city travel
Confident public speaker
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of retail industry practices and trends.
