Role & responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems using advanced engineering tools.
Ensure structural integrity, safety, and cost-efficiency across all projects.
Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models prepared by junior engineers.
Project Leadership & Coordination
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Material & Cost Optimization
Recommend suitable materials (steel, RCC, PT, etc.) based on project requirements and budget.
Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising safety.




Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all designs comply with relevant IS codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct technical audits and ensure adherence to best practices.
Site Supervision & Technical Support
Provide in office technical guidance and resolve structural issues during execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure alignment with design intent.
Team Mentorship
Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members.
Review their work and support skill development.
