Ensure quality monitoring of customer calls.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Manage team rosters, attendance, and leave planning.
Allocate telecalling leads to Advisors.
Coach and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
Conduct daily team huddles and refresher training sessions.
Maintain sales, collection, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely collection deposit and reconciliation.
Track competitor performance and market initiatives.
Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring.
Conduct performance reviews and drive team productivity.
Languages Required: Hindi, English .
