Key Responsibilities
Teach English to senior secondary students, primarily Grades 10 to 12, as per the prescribed curriculum.
Plan lessons, assessments, worksheets, and study material aligned with board examination requirements.
Prepare students for board examinations and support solid academic outcomes.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Participate in curriculum planning, review, and development for the English department.
Mentor students in language, literature, grammar, writing, and communication skills.
Support co-curricular activities such as debates, literary events, elocution, creative writing, and school publications.




Collaborate with faculty members and academic coordinators on academic programmes and school initiatives.
Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's and Masters degree in English with at least 50% aggregate marks.
B.Ed. degree from a reputed, government-recognised university.

Experience
10 to 15 years of post-qualification teaching experience.
