Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of scalable, resilient GenAI applications using Python and FastAPI.
Design and implement RAG pipelines, AI chatbots, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
Design enterprise solutions using vector databases such as pgvector and Pinecone.
Apply advanced Python concepts, including async programming and asyncio.
Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI and integrate with relational databases.
Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy/ORM technologies.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure adherence to software design principles and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the complete SDLC.

Mandatory Skills




12+ years of experience in Python/software development with robust GenAI exposure.
Advanced Python programming and Python internals.
Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems.
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Google ADK.
Strong experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Experience in CI/CD and cloud-native application deployment.
Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

Valuable to Have
Strong knowledge of Java.
Experience with additional vector databases and enterprise GenAI platforms.
Experience designing highly scalable and production-grade GenAI solutions.
